Refund Policy
At Creasale, we value trust between creators and buyers. Our goal is to make every purchase a positive experience. Because we support both digital files and physical products, our refund policy differs depending on what you’ve purchased.
Digital Products (Design Files, 3D Models, Downloads)
All sales of digital products are final.
Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been purchased.
If you experience a problem with your download (e.g., corrupted file, missing content, or technical issue), please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll work with the creator to resolve the issue.
Physical Products (Handmade Goods, Custom Items)
Refunds and returns for physical products are handled directly by the seller of the item. Each creator may set their own policies on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Buyers should review the seller’s shop policies before placing an order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact the seller within 14 days of delivery. Many sellers may request photos of the issue to process a return or replacement.
Order Cancellations
Digital products: Cancellations are not possible once the file has been purchased and made available for download.
Physical products: Cancellation requests should be sent directly to the seller. Approval depends on whether the order has already been processed or shipped.
How to Request Support
If you encounter any issues and the seller is unresponsive, please reach out to Creasale Support with your order details. While we cannot guarantee refunds in all cases, we will review disputes carefully to ensure fair outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
