Creasale is a creator-first marketplace that allows users (“Creators” or “Sellers”) to list and sell digital design files and physical products, and allows customers (“Buyers”) to purchase them.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Creasale.

  • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Creasale reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Use Creasale for unlawful purposes.

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

  • Post misleading, harmful, or offensive material.

  • Attempt to interfere with site security or functionality.

5. Selling on Creasale

  • Creators may list digital files (e.g., STL, OBJ, etc.) and/or physical products.

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and product delivery.

  • Sellers must comply with all applicable laws (including intellectual property and consumer protection).

  • Creasale may take down listings that violate these Terms or third-party rights.

6. Buying on Creasale

  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchasing.

  • All sales of digital products are final (see Refund Policy).

  • For physical products, returns and refunds are subject to the seller’s individual policies.

  • Creasale is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers but may assist in resolving them.

7. Payments and Fees

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • Sellers agree that Creasale may charge service fees or transaction commissions.

  • Currency conversion, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer or seller.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Creators retain ownership of their original work but grant Creasale a limited license to display, promote, and facilitate transactions.

  • Buyers receive a license to use purchased digital files for personal use only, unless otherwise stated by the seller.

  • Reselling, redistributing, or claiming another’s work as your own is strictly prohibited.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital products: non-refundable unless the file is defective.

  • Physical products: Refunds, returns, and cancellations depend on the seller’s policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Creasale provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • We are not liable for lost profits, data, or damages resulting from your use of the platform.

  • Responsibility for products (quality, accuracy, legality) rests with the seller.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

Creasale may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
